Actress Sonam recently reminisced about working with her friend, late actress Divya Bharti in the film 'Vishwatma'.
The actress took to her Instagram and shared a throwback picture from the sets of 'Vishwatma', featuring the iconic track 'Saath Samunder Paar'.
She also wrote a long note in the caption and recalled her experience of working on the film with her friend and her ex-husband Rajiv Roy. The actress shared that she worked for this film when she was 18 years old. However, this is not the first time she has faced the camera. The actress made her debut at the age of 15 in the Telugu movie 'Samrat'.
She wrote, “Revisiting the iconic #cosmopolitan era! At just 18, I participated in the shoot of the unforgettable song 'Dil Le Gayi Teri Bindiya' by genius #Vijusha at Filmcity with music by legendary director @rajiv_rai_ @trimurtifilms, an entire star-studded cast including @naseeruddin49 @iamsunnydeol, @chunkydeol , #DivyaBharati, #Jyotsnasingh, And #amrishpuri. We had an absolute blast on set. "
She further added, “Legendary #SarojKhan's choreography adds magic to this sequence while @abujanisandeepkhosla's exquisite costumes make it a visual treat. It was my first shoot as an 18-year-old newlywed, which made the experience even more special, especially because my ex-husband and now dear friend @rajiv_rai_ directed it. I fondly remember how Divya Bharti used to call me 'Madam Producer'. This experience is truly etched in my memory as an unforgettable adventure.
