Akansha celebrates Putandu new Instagram video
Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor, known for films like 'Guilty', 'Rey' and 'Monica, Oh My Darling', celebrated Putandu, the Tamil New Year, on Sunday.
The actress took to Instagram and shared her video. The video has lots of close-up shots of the actress roaming around in a bedroom with old-world charm furniture used in South Indian homes.
The color palette of the video is also kept warm with shades of cream and brown.
"My Tamil New Year wishes to all," she wrote in the caption.
She is seen in the video celebrating Putandu wearing a striped sari, her hair tied in a bun and adorned with a bindi and ethnic jewellery.
Sharing her thoughts on her South Indian girl era and the photoshoot, Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor expressed: “I felt my most elegant, mature and charming self without makeup or hair in this beautiful South Indian attire.
"The women there are so original and genuine, which I find so beautiful. Today, on this special occasion, I want to send my love to everyone who is celebrating Putandu. May the new year bring a lot of joy and happiness in everyone's life.
