Actress-singer Jennifer Lopez says she didn't get enough love as a child from 'narcissistic' mother

Jennifer Lopez took a trip down memory lane and reminisced about her childhood and claimed she didn't get enough love from her parents It's a candid moment in her new documentary, “The Greatest Love Story Never Told,”   where she talks about her life. 

I'm the middle child, not the baby, not the first child ... you get a little lost in the middle of it all," the actress continued, referring to her sisters Leslie, 56, and Linda, 52. 

She talked about her parents, Guadalupe Rodriguez and David Lopez, who divorced in the 1990s. 
"My father felt very neglected because he always worked nights, then he slept all day, and I didn't feel like I had enough of a relationship with him," she said.
"My mother was narcissistic, the center of attention, the  life of the party-type person," Lopez added.
Lopez previously addressed her relationship with her mother in the 2022 Netflix documentary "Halftime."
